Processing Time
Custom orders typically require 2-4 weeks for completion, depending on complexity and current workload. Ready-made items are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information that allows you to monitor your package's progress.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom airbrush work, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
